Rocket Giotto bottom screw for the side panel
Thanks again. Given the information you provided for me, I think it is better for now to get by with one bolt. Giotto has three individual panels, four bolts are supporting each panels, the two on the top and two at the bottom. One bad bolt is not a big deal yet, but someday I need to change rivnuts.

Rocket Giotto bottom screw for the side panel
As I was putting back my Giotto, I found that one of the screw for bottom panels was not tightening. The picture is not mine. But it shows the part that I am trying to take care of. Is there any remedy for that? Should I get a new screw or can I just use a generic one?

I am having difficulties finding a Rocket/ECM Giotto/Cellini Element: 115V/1200W. As can see, the original part is 115v 1200 W, but some part store suggests that I can use 115v 1400 W. Rocket Giotto not heating
Thanks Felix, I disconnected the power from the heating element and measure resistance. And it was close to infinity. So I guess I am going to replace with a new one. Do you know any place to order the element?

Rocket Giotto not heating
I got a multimeter and checked the heating element and found that it is OK. And it turns out that Safety Thermostat is bad. I contacted Stefano and order 145 C one. Please add your advice if you think I am going to have an espresso apocalyptic in Texas

Rocket Giotto not heating
The green light turns on, and I can hear a click sound but there is no heating. Of course, there is no sound of water pump working either. When I lift the lever for espresso, water still comes out but of course cold. After reading earlier postings here, I suspect that the issue could be Rocket/ECM 1...

Where can I find this part? And what is the name of this part?
I just want to let you guys know that I got the part from Stefano and repaired my Giotto. It runs great and my wife is happy. I used teflon tape to connect the hot water valve's male part and BSPP street ell. No leakage. I really appreciate all of your help

{image} Where can I find this part? And what is the name of this part? I have been trying to replace hot water valve without success for a while. AND I notice that I messed up the part in the photo. I think I damaged screw thread. Yeah it is a long story. By the
