Nice! Now, what did you do with handle? I just got a Lido, and am looking for an option to make it easier to remove the handle. Taking it on a trip in a few weeks

Behmor chaff tray: should it make a difference?
EUREKA! The standard chaff tray makes all the difference in the world for me. I roasted some El Salvador El Rubi Honey (200g at 1/2 P2, B) 4 days ago, and it looked phenomenal. Finally brewed up a cup in the Trifecta today. The coffee is smooth and sweet; not something I had experienced before

Panama Esmeralada Gesha
So, if I'm roasting this in a Behmor, should I just let it blast away on P1? Or, is this coffee deserving of a more civilized profile?

Roasting for the Starbucks Crowd (gasp!)
At this point, the folks at work are confused about the fresh-roasted coffees I've been bringing in to share. The Ethiopian Duromina (yum) I brought in was received with mixed reviews. So, I switched over to some Java Kopi Sunda. Then I tried blending it with a Yemen Mohka Harasi. They're still conf...
