Grind speed RPM changes--what effect are you noticing?
+1 on that, the slower RPM shots on my flat (300 versus 600 RPM) pour more uniformly, taste better, and have more body. But from 300 to 200 to 100 RPM I don't perceive much additional change, and I am too impatient to wait on the 100 RPM grinding. I think there has been some change as the
