Starting to roast - Greens selection
You might also ask your greens supplier what coffee of theirs to choose that is very forgiving. You'll want something that will turn out well, not "seasoning greens," which are old leftovers

SSP 98mm Lab Sweet User Experience
Short question concerning ordering the newest LS 98mm. Are they named EK43 LS on espressotool.com? Currently grinding with the 98 HU, but I'm missing some body and sweetness in my cups. Would like to get my hands on the 98mm Mizen, but Option-O seems to produce them only for the 01 and not on their own

Weber EG-1 noises on fine grind settings
@weber workshops I sent you email with this but I am writhing here as well. If you can make a video ( it's not have to be like professional marketing video) of one of your agents, give a detailed instructions of how to reassembly, and instructions of how we can get a better alignment and eventually fix this

Australian Distilled/De-ionized water
In some parts of Australia I think ZeroWater filtration would be a good option. Not just cost wise but also to reduce the container waste. Maybe not for Perth though where the TDS of the tapwater can easily be up in the 300-600 range. ZeroWater filters are more quickly exhausted if you have high TDS -

Puck screen, yes screen, sticking to grouphead, what to do?
Well dosed the 18g into the L basket rated for 19-21. Seemed to get a good tamp but maybe bottomed out and could've went further. First shot was super fast as expected. Dialed in second and got 18g in and 39g out in 31 seconds. Great flavor, tastes just like it did in previous basket.
