Mystery Grinder HELP

Not a Titus. The grinder is tilted similar to how the EG1 or the MC4 is. The way the beans are loaded reminded me of the MC4. The twin machine is like two MC4 stuck together

I cant find an answer: Espresso pulls fast, is it because of brew pressure?

I would. Without being able to adjust the grinder every three drinks to account for flow and taste, the only adjustment you can make is dosing higher and higher to slow the flow. Might as well use a portafilter that does some of the flow limiting for you, until you get a good grinder

Yeah I'm 100% sure it's non pressurized. So do you suggest to go back to using my pressurized until I can grind my coffee?

Ulka pump seems to mute during brewing

yes. that is the general idea, screw it in and out to change the OPV pressure setting. if you put a gauge on your portafilter then set it to 9bar to start with. use it for a week and then set it to 8 bar and use it for another week (use the same beans). you might like the taste

Breville Barista Express requiring coarser grind

I'm confused.. the pressure gauge is where it should be when the grind is at an 8, so why go finer? If I go finer than an 8, all I get are drips of espresso. Nothing more than 15g in 30 seconds

Mystery Grinder HELP

Hi knowledgeable friends, There is a new grinder out there (not yet released probably). I cannot for the life of me remember the name. They have 3 versions. a large flat, a large conical and then a double grinder than has both combined. The combined one actually looked like 2 Monoliths stuck together. All single
