I've tried a lot of supposed traditional blends from many Canadian roasters, even ones who mix robusta, and I'm sorry to say that I haven't found any suitable "fresher" blends from anyone that comes close to what you're looking for. Just buy Lavazza or Saka. The only one I "settle for" when I want something like that is this:

Well..... got an issue lol. Machine turned on today and hissing and steam is coming from bottom/port into the drip tray. If I pinch the line from steam boiler as can see in video it stops.
