Inconsistent extractions on Breville Bambino Plus

You really need the .1g scale. Half a gram off can be a pretty big deal (and that's assuming your scale is even accurate to its displayed precision). I would fix this first before second guessing everything else. You don't say how fresh your coffee is. More than a few weeks post-roast can be hard to deal with.

Fellow Aiden anyone?

I placed my order for the Aiden brewer as a present for my mom. She's in her 70's and she has been wanting to get away from the instant cups like Keurig which while being convenient are not the best tasting coffees. She loves the better cups I've made her as pour over with my home roasted beans

It's only a choice on the American market, Ratio doesn't have the manufacturing capacity to produce both 110 and 230v models for all their models. They made the exception with Ratio6 but Ratio8 is unavailable and so I hear is also going to be the case of Ratio4. Otherwise there is only the Hiroia Hikaru cone type that is built

Differences between Ww core 80mm and Ssp 83mm HU in espresso

I thought the 83mm SSP HU is same as WW ultra, not core? Wug2 offers core and 83 HU so don't know why if they are the same?
