Well..... got an issue lol. Machine turned on today and hissing and steam is coming from bottom/port into the drip tray. If I pinch the line from steam boiler as can see in video it stops. Right out of the box the dial was perfect for the Flair, I had to go a notch or two finer for the Profitec. I didn't have any problems with the steps, especially when at the price I expected a fair amount of compromise

100% is 5, 75% is 4, etc. down to 0% is 1. I am running 12 oz at 100% and monitoring the temperature to keep from having it shut off at 330, so any time it hits 320 I drop to 75%. I run two batches back to back, since my coffee tin holds the results nicely
