How often do you clean your grinder, and do they get very dirty?

Something that I noticed about the SSP 80mm HU burrs. Unlike the Labsweet and machined 804 burrs, there is imbedded grounds in each of the "blades" running the outer half of the burrs. Does that tend to happen with SSP burrs as they cutting action might be more aggressive?

Tool organizer suggestions

I have the urge to reorganize my set up. My area of work is kinda small. Mainly needing a way to consolidate and organize tools. I've looked around, but nothing jumped at me. What are you using, any suggestions?

This is the point I was making. I am not qualified to judge whether the engineering design of the Flair is

When distilled water is a good thing...

Water matters. But saying that "it's bad to make coffee with distilled water as it tastes worthless" is a pretty big overshoot

Fellow Aiden anyone?

Anyone figured out how to control coffee to water ratio? I can't figure out what Aiden does when you select the ratio of 16.5:1, etc. How does it know how many grams of coffee are in the basket? Or does it control the amount of water it brews with? I can't tell if that's a water storage tank or you

Miele CM5200 Brew Issues

Hello Home-Baristas, I am hoping the wisdom of the collective can help me out. I am currently having issues with my Miele CM5200 Super Automatic machine. Originally very expensive it has provided 10 years of hassle free and decent coffee. What's happening now is that the pucks and grinds coming out are mush and super watery
