Rebuild brew pressure gauge?

So the video actually helped me out. After looking at the mechanism, I saw that the main gear that rotates the dial is in good condition. That and it is centered perfectly in what looks like the middle. After removing the dial, I noticed that the pin that holds the dial in place is tapered. I

Travel grinder

That never crossed my mind before. I always that the name was going for King Grinder. I am interested if you can tell me more about the C3esp. It seems like it has a lot of positives, especially at half the price of a J-Ultra. My main concern is that each click might be too big of a change for

What's your view when you make espresso.

I have a fully manual machine so I'm never gazing out the window. I look at the bottom of the basket, the liquid and crema dropping into the cup, and the weight display of the scale. I've got my nose down there smelling it too

Travel grinder

I have have a KINU and it's excellent - I have used it for espresso and Moka. Be aware that the KINgrinder K6 has no relation to KINU and sounds to me that they are trying to capitalize on the similarity of the name. I also have a TIMEMORE Chestnut C3 ESP Grinder that I use with a Moka for

Domobar Jr Hx Temperatures

Just the losses to the environment from the E61 make any model that doesn't measure the at least the group head temperature woefully inaccurate, well outside of any useful range. If it could be modeled reasonably, HX machines wouldn't need a flush routine and wouldn't be outdated for today's coffees. Without at least a second sensor, it is pure fiction

Rebuild brew pressure gauge?

I thought about that. I am going to give it a shot at least. I haven't removed the gauge yet. I am going to see if some glue works first. And that video link was really helpful. I appreciate that
