[FS] Monolith Flat 75MM
I recently ungraded to a Monolith Max and can't justify keeping two end game grinders on the counter. This is a 2018 build date that originally came with Mythos burrs. They've had 5 years of daily use and are well seasoned. The grinder works fantastic and has zero issues. They're built like

Upgrading my Grinder Game
Not a pre-order but almost new and for sale on the KafaTek forum. Seller is in Germany. That is if the customizing appeals to you. {link}

Highest chance of success - roasters
The easiest, most straightforward coffee roasting for dummies method I've found, which is capable of producing plenty of coffee as often as you want it is Ailio Bullet + Royal Coffee Crown Jewels. Royal coffee publishes roast profiles across different machines, of course, but you can just copy and run their bullet profiles with a coffee. Over time you'll

Bezzera Crema/BZ13 quick review
Update: I've ordered a longer, less angled steam wand. Should improve milk steaming quite a bit... Will update from here. re: IIRC the gicleur on this machine is huge (1.2mm) - to the point that it doesn't do much. I'll measure water debit Friday, but it's certainly fairly high - it doesn't seem that different from my rotary

Upgrading my Grinder Game
Not hard to pre-order but it can take 2 or 3 months to ship. Something to do with the store but seems it can only show 2 available at a time so if it shows sold out, just check back and it will refresh back to 2 available. They are all built to order. Yes, there is a required deposit

Upgrading my Grinder Game
They pop up on private sale every couple weeks (here and Kafatek forums). Depending on how picky you are with model and color, you could probably get one in less than a month. To get a new one you'll have to preorder. But you can customize it and get exactly the version you want

Mobile or hotel room brewing?
Looking inside a kettle, does not really tell you if someone cooked their panties in it Heck it might not even show if someone cooked meat in it or brewed tea in it, peed in it and other nasty stuff.. it's not really a huge hassle bringing a travel kettle and a travel mug.
