Interesting grinder particle size analysis
For me, the revelation that some grind sizes work better with some RPM ranges, and that those relationships might not be obvious, linear etc, was interesting. My upcoming Lagom P64 will get a bit of a workout from me to experiment with that, and I'll add a custom Visualizer field for RPM to ensure that I capture that info.
