Drum roast profile on a fluid bed

I want to try to come up with a drum style full city roast for my fluid bed. Goal is to extend roast time to increase depth and decrease acidity without getting too much roast/scorch flavor. My fluid bed has little to no heat retention. How would you approach it? My thoughts right now are to vary input

Are there stores, where you can play with different machines and make a more confident purchasing decision? La Marzocco Linea Mini R

Definitely NOT photoshopped. The picture was taken with a Panasonic S1H & an Atlas Orion 40mm 2x Anamorphic lens, & a Fujifilm film stock profile applied, that's it. Nothing else. It came like that from LM!

Iroast 2

I have an Iroast 2 that the top has cracked, and the chaff collector body has cracked. I put aluminum duct tape over the cracks, and it's been holding for a year.
