Hansung's naming is indeed upmost confusing. I do however need to make a case for the 83HU. While 80/98HU are totally different beasts, the 83HU were designed before the 64HU and are much more unimodal than we believe. Fellow Aiden anyone?

A #2 cone in a Clever Dripper (size S) maxes out at ~250ml brew water and that is with added volume underneath the filter to facilitate flow. Sure, it probably shouldn't overflow with a proper grinder, dose and setting.. I just wondered what happens when something's off

No... 80mm SSP HU is the same as WW 80mm Ultra, meaning a unimodal brew burr set. The equivalent on 83mm is the MP burrs, it's just not nearly as good. Ww Core is the espresso version on the 80mm platform and is the one you should be looking at. 83mm HU is like the 64mm
