Olympia Cremina SL won't turn on
Ha! Spoke with Cerini and they told me about the reset button below the bottom panel. I knew there had to be something like that, but could not find it mentioned anywhere in the manual or otherwise online (I likely just missed it). Took less than five minutes!! Thanks

Long startup - Vibiemme Domobar Super
It sounds like a pump, or something is leaking like the bypass valve. I assume the machine is coming to full pressure if you do a backflush with a blind basket. Assuming it does, then it would not be a leaking OPV, just a lethargic pump, or a power issue to the pump

Buying straight from Bravo Concepts in Brazil?
I bought a tamper and leveler from WLL and don't regret a second of it. If you have to pay a bit extra, I can say it's money well spent. The build quality is great

Interesting grinder particle size analysis
My takeaway from "this thread" was that 1) as others wrote above, a lot of this is still unknown and 2) the effects of rpm appear to rest on top of several variables (load, burr design) and are not generalizable. Reports in the linked thread had some grinders/burrs behaving in opposite directions from one another. Also, it appeared as
