You might also set the air flow at maximum so that roasting temperature is spread through the roasting chamber. That's what I've done with a North TJ-067 1 Kg propane roaster. Coffee with brand name DeLonghi could be Kimbo (at least it's sold that way in my country together with espresso machines), quite dark roast, and probably something like half a year post roast, it's not expected to produce something tasty

Thanks for the heads up, it seems I cant cancel my initial order for the vacuum breaker anyways so I guess I'll just get both and kill two birds with one stone. Any good how to videos on this?
