Moka pot question about the amount of coffee in the filter basket

Sour or acidic, are they the same?

Resurrecting this thread because I was intrigued by Jeff's amusing quote in the Forum tab. I think Jim's explanation is correct, but a bit complex for non-scientists and non-professional coffee lovers. While, technically, acidity refers to the pH range below 0, I find Jeff's characterization more to akin to my experience. Taste-wise, I experience two distinct regions of

Breville Bambino Plus - loading coffee

Aha! Throw a few bucks at a problem, and ta-da! Bought a hands-free funnel from Amazon, and now angels sing quietly, admiring my clean countertop as I load the portafilter. Breville should include one with every 54mm portafilter. I got stainless steel for durability and non-stick. Thanks, commenters

2019 Gaggia Classic Pro, Indicator Light Issue

Thanks for the info, it's reassuring. Has anyone managed to install just a new lamp in a 2019 GCP (without the replacement of the complete wiring harness)? If so, where did you source a replacement lamp from?
