Fellow's new brewer - Aiden Q&A
It's an interesting product with a lot of features. 1. What's the lowest temperature that you can program to brew hot coffee with? 2. Is the cold brew done with a longer contact time and a slower flow rate? What sort of brew times are used for cold brew?

Which grinder would you choose!!??
You are buying a very nice Espresso Machine, don't compromise of the grinder. I wouldn't limit your search to Clive Coffee either. I've moved from a hopper-based grinder to a quality single dose grinder and it makes every bit if not more of an improvement in my espresso experience than my new espresso machine. I don't know your

Inconsistent extractions on Breville Bambino Plus
Hi Vince, and welcome to H-B. Consistency is important in espresso. It's worth some time and effort finding out why your extractions are so variable. "Here" is a simple test that might help you diagnose the problem. Like the previous posters, let me encourage you to get a 0.1g scale. In addition, 18g is quite a large dose

Then I have no idea what you're complaining about, as you stated, in your words, that there were problems with "losing the settings each time you adjust it"

The single serve basket is a #2 cone shape. I haven't tried any other size filters in the basket geometry that we came up with. The goal was for someone to be able to buy filters in a grocery store for better accessibility. Nick
