Weber Workshops UNIBASKET grounds stuck

I'll complicate super easy a bit with a question : do you refer to spraying the empty basket inside and out while lodged in PF handle? Or using force oif steam through the basket to push the stuck out ? That sounds messy. I tried using the basket clip less. That was a PITA because

Humidity sensor on exhaust - other gas sensors ?

Is your tryer probe a separately source-able item? Alternatively, some photos alongside a ruler (metric plz) would be nice. Top-down (perpendicular), longest lens (minimize parallax) will improve accuracy

Custom Wood for your Espresso Machine

Had a request for a funnel for a KafaTek grinder and a dust cap/lid. I turned everything from one large block of wood. {image} {image}

Braided hose to water filter faucet

It's still not really clear about that faucet end that you want to connect with. Many of the little faucets used with undersink RO units are either 3/8" OD or 1/4" OD pipe, and are typically supplied with a few plastic JG adapters for fitting to that pipe. Caffeine break

I've quit caffeine many times, fortunately keeping my equipment in storage. I find it takes a few months to really get 100% over it. I do think I'm more patient and there is less background anxiety when I'm off of it, but it's not horrible if I limit myself to two drinks a day, and none after 1pm.

Confused about Nuova Simonelli G60 Grind Time

I recently saw and snagged a used Nuova Simonelli G60 from Facebook marketplace. At $200, how could I not? (Btw, the guy was selling other coffee gear abandoned by a cafe that had relocated, including a Modbar system and a Mythos grinder. If you're in the Seattle area and interested, DM me and I'll send you a link)

Profitec Pro 800 problem

I think I have solved the problem. Quick background first. Plumbed in machine, external timer set to turn on at 5:30 AM and off at 8 PM. Worked perfectly for 3+ years. Recently, timer turns on, but boiler does not heat. Manually switching off, counting to 5 and switching back on frequently (but not always) corrects the problem. Most recently

Quest M6

At the recommendation of someone on this forum I bought RTDs instead of thermocouples for my M3s (along with phidets). I'm only a few roasts in but am very pleased so far! Purchased directly from phidgets.com along with mounting nuts
