Upgrading my Grinder Game
Not hard to pre-order but it can take 2 or 3 months to ship. Something to do with the store but seems it can only show 2 available at a time so if it shows sold out, just check back and it will refresh back to 2 available. They are all built to order. Yes, there is a required deposit

Upgrading my Grinder Game
They pop up on private sale every couple weeks (here and Kafatek forums). Depending on how picky you are with model and color, you could probably get one in less than a month. To get a new one you'll have to preorder. But you can customize it and get exactly the version you want

Mobile or hotel room brewing?
Looking inside a kettle, does not really tell you if someone cooked their panties in it Heck it might not even show if someone cooked meat in it or brewed tea in it, peed in it and other nasty stuff.. it's not really a huge hassle bringing a travel kettle and a travel mug.

That is a stunning combination. Is it hard to get a Kafatek? It looks like they are deposit only?

Espresso Cafe Suggestions for London?
I like Prufrock coffee. They have a great selection of light roast beans to buy and take home if you're into that. Espresso is typically good to very good as well. Redemption roasters is very decent, and they typically have a single origin espresso in addition to their house espresso blend

Upgrading my Grinder Game
I haven't tried any of the grinders you mentioned so can't give an opinion but have heard good things about them. I do have a KafaTek MC5, soon to be MC6, paired with my Slayer and it works beautifully. There are a number of Slayer owners that have KafaTek grinders that influenced my choice. Both the MC5 and MC6

La Marzocco Swan grinder released
I'm told that mine is the first Swan order received by LM USA. I should be able to answer a lot of questions on this grinder in a couple of weeks. This will be my first conical in a while. I have an EK43, WW EG-1 with core burrset and a Titus Nautilus with HU burrset

That makes sense, I figured it was a finger hole to make lifting the tray easier

What is this part... Fiorenzato Bricoletta
A GFCI trips if it detects a difference in voltage greater than about .005, and if your circuit is a dual GFCI/AFCI you may have a real tough time getting it to work. Make sure all your ground paths are clean, and your wiring isn't corroded. I think part of it is the way the chassis is grounded to everything
