Any alternative to Behmor?

Pull of the right side and fine the sensor bolted to the right rear side of the chamber. 2 small white wires as I remember. You can also add a resistor in series to make it think the temperature is lower. Or maybe it's in parallel, I forget. Use a switch so you can take it in and out

If your comfortable buying things from Aliexpress, there is the Skywalker roaster that supposedly does 1lb batches

Red/brown water when emptying La Pavoni Europiccola boiler

Agreed. I've never had a siphon tube look roughly red like that. They're either black with oxidation or pink, smooth copper

Downgrading from Slayer. Options sought.

Micra would be top of my personal list. I had one on loan from La Marzocco for review and used it with a Timemore Black Mirror scale and my usual Not Neutral Lino espresso cups without issue. The Mini R may have some advantages in its new prebrew system which are worth looking into. If truly advantageous, that would be

Any alternative to Behmor?

I've also been using the Behmor since late 2007, so 16+ years. I did do the upgrade to the plus and don't find the nanny mode an issue. Since I roast right under my microwave/exhaust fan I just set a time to beep at me when it wants me to press the start button again. From what I've seen over

Humidity sensor on exhaust - other gas sensors ?

Interesting... what's a typical pressure reading? Is this a common metric for drum roasters to monitor? I ask because the sensor I use (Bosch BME688) includes a pressure sensor. It's meant for reading ambient air pressure, but it might have enough range to register the drum pressure. It's possible to arrange the sequence of elements in
