Braided hose to water filter faucet

Many on-line distributors have them. Try Amazon and seach for "bspp to npt adapter". Cobbling together a couple of braided water supply hoses is probably the easiest way to make the connections, and I trust the durability of the braided lines

Actual knockboxes

Ah, we may be getting to the root of the situation now Being new at all of this, I just assumed that, with a proper knockbox, I could bang (lightly) on the bar with the basket part itself. Using the neck of the portafilter as shown there, and as described in the thread here, more often than not

Espresso by Arden- need parts

It's not what they did, it's what they can do and still blame you for inadequate packaging. IIRC, the package must be able to tolerate multiple drops onto a concrete floor from several feet, including on corners. I've talked with sponsors who went through the trouble of "certifying" their packaging for espresso machines. My recommendation? When in doubt, use

I'm not saying one is better or worse than another; just that you might have a taste preference

~$7k budget for grinder and espresso machine: La Marzocco Linea Micra + Zerno Z1? Monolith Flat?

Upon further googling, you are right. All the dealer sales that came up were outside the USA so those would be grey-market imports into the USA. I've deleted my post

Espresso by Arden- need parts

You can find aftermarket push button panels for those: {link} Just have a look at the pins on the back of yours and see that they match. And "Wow, what did they do to that package in shipping?" I wish you luck with the shipping insurance. Even with that button panel smashed, the machine should turn

User Experience with the Strietman CT2

I have a CT2 on the way and am very excited! I had an afterthought about how this might fit into my kitchen setting and was wondering if anyone can chime in. My kitchen cabinets are 20" high but looking at the measurements, if I pull the machine to the very front edge of the countertop the hinge

Actual knockboxes

Not if you knock the neck of portafilter at the edge, which is how it should be (protects the rim of filter basket). Shown {video}
