Highest chance of success - roasters
No need at all! I am just suggesting that if the OP is looking to buy and roast vs buying roasted without it being a hobby that they may be better served by buying roasted coffee. The best commercial roasting operations (as well as nearly all operations) need to try at least a couple of profiles to find one

La Marzocco releases Brew by Weight for Linea Mini
I've only had two connectivity issues with the brew by weight scale... both times the scale wouldn't connect like it normally would. First time the issue resolved with cycling the scale power off/on. With the most recent issue that didn't work and ended up turning the machine off/on at its power switch to get the scale to connect. The brew

IKAWA Home - profiles
Similar to what IKAWA offers in their Home app, I was wistfully thinking I could have a few 'go-to' profiles I could use when trying out a new bag of greens. A dozen origins or so into this, I thought I saw a trend with washed versus natural processing (just like IKAWA has in their app), but now I've

Mazzer Philos Comments

Obviously I haven't been able to compare them to Mazzer's i200d, but I do think there's some unusual sweetness about those Cimbali/DRM burrs in the best scenario. Soft

Highest chance of success - roasters
This actually sounds like a decent mode of operation for the OPs use case. I see a couple of downsides though - 22lb is a lot of beans, and you might be very bored before you can finish a box. The other issue is the type of coffees that are available as Crown Jewels: if you like fruity light roasts

Magica needle shaking
The pipette/Capillary is full of water, no "air cushion" between the pump and the bourdon tube. Open both ends of the capillary (if not soldered at the gauge) and blow the liquid out. Or, if it's soldered in the gauge, open only the pump end and use a cigarette lighter to heat the copper tubing and boil the
