Next Level Pulsar Brewer

There's always a trade-off between column height and agitation. I'm generally much more concerned about disturbing the brew bed by letting the water column drop too low, so I keep the height between about the 250 to 300 ml mark. Even with the dispersion screen I can see the brew bed being disturbed if the column drops lower than that

ECM Synchronika will be 4 years old this fall. Any maintanence I should be doing?

I would definitely advise you to displace the water in the steam boiler with fresh water a few times. If scale has been building, it may very well be on the autofill level probe. Use the hot water tap and check if the autofill of the steam boiler works properly. If the probe has scaled up, the steam boiler may

Pietro by Fiorenzato - vertical flat-burr manual grinders

The unimodal burrs are amasing for pourover. I tried a couple of different recipes with the Orea and the switch and it is crazy how it is not even close compared to the ZP6. I still have to do a few tests with V60. I assume it is closer there due to the nature of V60. On another

Breville Dual Boiler 920 little flow through group head

You can see the position of the power wires in the attached picture You could check if the solenoid is supplied with the rated voltage and opens fully, it's more difficult if you don't have a voltmeter and knowledge of electricity. I don't know how you maintain the machine and what water you use to brew coffee, but you can

La Pavoni Europiccola tamper size

If you can't messure the basket diameter, then post a picture of the machine/grouphead. We will be able to tell if it's the smaller/pre-millenium or bigger/post-mill grouphead. Personally, I find 49mm for pre-mill to small and prefer 49,5mm
