Looking for Liberica
I have tried Len's roasted Liberica only a few times so I don't know how consistent they are from batch to batch. The ones I had were definitely on the darker side of the medium roast although Len's state it as Medium Roast. But both Liberica and Excelsa are very hard to source. Never mind finding quality greens from reputable

Fellow Aiden anyone?
Just wanted to state that there was a mistake on our page about current draw. The heating element in the machine is 1700W, but it will never pull more than a standard breaker can handle, even back to back. Average draw is around 13A. We also developed algorithms for the machine to do the best with the voltage out of

I used a heat gun on the highest setting and got it quite hot, but not sure how hot it would need to get to release the threadlocker

Just to clarify, I wasn't able to remove the piece of the fitting that broke off inside. It's still in there. The thread you can see from the outside is actually a reverse thread that was cut by the easy out extractor that I tried (the thing sitting on the boiler in the second photo). I can purchase a

Londinium Vectis use cases
I have been using the Quickmill Achilles 0996 for over 10 years now, and am looking for a new lever machine. I was hoping that some of the current Vecis users can help me out with some use case and workflow issues. 90% of the time I pull three shots (split with my wife) and steam milk for

Downgrading from Slayer. Options sought.
I find the Micra (and several other machines) to be superior in the cup over the DE1 for traditional espresso. I had the Micra side-by-side with my DE1. I did not find the lack of a "preinfusion" step an issue with the Micra on traditional shots with coffees such as George Howell's Alchemy or B&W's The Natural. Grinders
