General question about handling cafe drink quality
Yeah, I had seen Daddy Hoff's video. I think the issue, sadly, is that some of the places that I'm talking about should fall into category 1, but they really fall into category 3. I think I need to seek out the owners of the cafe and kind of see what their intention is. One local chain I'm thinking of

General question about handling cafe drink quality
How do folks handle getting subpar drinks in cafes? Since I got my Decent DE1 and got to where I can make pretty good espresso with it, I'm more likely to get a plain espresso at nicer cafes just to compare and see how I'm doing. But sometimes (sadly, probably more often than not around here), the shots are clearly
