Latest La Marzocco GS3 firmware

According to La Marzocco website ({link}), the firmware released on Feb 27, 2024 addressed the GS3 offset issue by forcing to +2C (+3.6F). See attached screenshot of their release notes. I have a GS3 MP and after update, its firmware version has become V1.48 and offset set to +3.6F

Olympia Club Rescue

After a little detective work, following several leads, I tracked one down. Here is exactly how I found her, sitting in the salty fog, with weeds growing around her. {image} {image} {image} {image}

Dallas/Ft. Worth area recommendations?

Riley was my barista, and she patiently answered all of my geeky questions. They even have a Lagom P64 grinder, but she didn't know what burrs it has. She also

La Marzocco Linea Micra

I am so glad that I read your post above. I had also assumed that Tazmanian would deliver my Micra on Friday 3/29 (today), the scheduled delivery date. I like the flavour of the espresso I produce (my technique has improved) but sometimes wonder whether I would do better with a different burr, or not. Fyi, I only drink decaf, but pour both espresso and pour-over, generally in a milk drink. So

Option-O 98mm Mizen Burrs - User Experience

No, I'd say it's right at where the chirp starts, but not far into it. Keep in mind that my burrs are new, so down the road grinding a bit finer might be required. I am dosing usually 18 grams and no preinfusion at all. I am surprised myself that the shots turn out so well. Tried the same with
