Breville Dual Boiler 920 little flow through group head

welp I just solved this. I took off the brand new solenoid once again to really check what's going on here and there was a small fragment of an old o-ring that was literally clogging the valve to the brew head. 1 hole versus 3/4 hole steam wand?
