Help purchasing ECM Home, Profitec Go, or Pro 300...

Thank you for the answers. I'm actually having an indigestion of news and information and for this I apologize. My budget stops at 3000 euros, with some scruples of conscience I would buy the Profitec Drive, because it is beautiful, it has all the functions I want, but having a double boiler, especially the 2 liter one, makes

La Marzocco Linea Mini solenoid issue

I'm looking into replacing the inlet solenoid, I think it is L053/110.01. I can't find it anywhere and I wonder if there's a Parker solenoid that could be substituted

Lagom P64 Flat (Option-O)

I've just did a deep clean of P64 for the first time and while cleaning the lower burr chamber, the declumping screen fell off through the chute I didn't even apply the vacuum close to the chute... Really disappointed. I've emailed Option-O, but curious if anyone knows how complicated it will be to install a new screen?

What are they doing here?

IME soaking greens in cold water (to rehydrate) nets a darker liquid. {image} I have also roasted and brewed gulf-style coffee and yes, it has been beige or brown. Maybe the orange is from all the beans mixed in and the lighting in the original video? It almost looks like fermenting coffee, but my guess is that

Has my brew pressure gauge lost its mind?

Well, yes... it has... but I don't understand why... I am doing a frame off restoration of an old Astoria 2 group machine and it has the normal dual pressure gauge. I am reassembling the machine, and ran it a bit to check for leaks and test the electronics. And I noticed that the brew pressure garage is sitting

Breville Infuser - fix myself or send in?

Any time you can avoid sending a machine in for service, I think you should do so. I've had two Brevilles damaged in transit, one of which was a write-off. It was quite new, and I got an older, "refurbished" one back If you're handy, and you're sure it's the solenoid, I'd fix it myself

ECM Synchronika - Brew Lever Very Difficult to Operate

There shouldn't be much pressure exerted by the plunger of a normal switch. I put a thin film of grease on the cam that operates the switch, mostly so the switch does not score the cam. It makes it move a bit more smoothly and eliminates a slight squeak that sometimes appears if the lube dissipates. You should be
