I'm wondering what would be the smallest size "single cup" of a light roast that it can brew without compromising its quality vs larger batch sizes. I usually make a 12g/190-200g cup

Differences between Ww core 80mm and Ssp 83mm HU in espresso

Read my post again, completely different burrs. 64/83mm HU is bimodal traditional espresso burrs and 80/98mm HU is high clarity unimodal burrs

mine too, synchronika v3 By the way my joystick steam valve is squeaky when completely new out of box, tried put on 111 at the ball area, doest work and the valve nut is too tight. I dont know what to do
