~$7k budget for grinder and espresso machine: La Marzocco Linea Micra + Zerno Z1? Monolith Flat?

For the grinder, people generally look to the Monolith Conical for medium roasts (and even light roast ristretto). I can't comment yet, as I've been using the Niche Duo (which is really good) but have an MC on the way. For the machine, I'd be tempted by the new V3 Bianca. Because it has the full flow control

[FREE] Faema D92 N/A-2H (UK)

Hi. I have had this machine in my garage for a few years. I'm in Glasgow, Scotland. It's a three phase machine although when I bought it I didn't know that. I believe it can be run on a 240 volt domestic supply by disconnecting a heating element or some such procedure. Anyhow, I've come to

Fellow Aiden anyone?

So impressive! This video was really helpful to understand what this machine brings I terms of features. The level of control over brewing for automatic and batch brewing that is beyond anything on the market (at least than I'm aware of) . Just wow. This is exciting! An automatic with bloom and pulses! I'm geeking out.

Weber Workshops UNIBASKET grounds stuck

In my experience you pretty much have to use a filter paper at the bottom. This makes cleanup super simple

Actual knockboxes

The problem with the "knock on edge of trash can" approach is that, often, a good bit of it gets on the floor. For now, I'm going to try a small, cheap, counter top model from Amazon. I'll make room for it somehow Brad
