Ulka pump seems to mute during brewing

Okay, just mounted the new Ulka pump - so far so good. I'm currently waiting for the OPV rubber seal. Is it correct, that the OPV is actually the place to adjust the brew pressure? The farther screwed down the top part is, the more pressure? This variable needs to be checked as well when everything is put

Bullet Roast Along-Brazil: Lagender or etc

Hey Sam- Ya'll can post up your Ikawa roasts here too if you want even though it's a little OT. Also, thanks for participating! Here's my best Brazil Rose Diamond roast to date. Initial problems with it were related due to too-high drop temps. After about 205C drop at 1:30 this gets pretty ashy for me

End game grinder: EG-1, Kafatek MC4 or Flat Max?

Between those three, the difference of how appealing to you they look on the counter will likely be more than the difference in your enjoyment of owning one over the others. You will spend more time looking at them then using them

Greens Alert

' I wholeheartedly disagree with this. This bean is one of the most intensely fruity coffee's I have ever roasted. If you liked the Super Wush, you will love the Uraga Guji ASD. I charged 1134 grams (2.5 lb) at 385F with a "soak" of 1.5 minutes. Hit dry end at 4:48 and first crack at 8:10. Dropped at

Lelit MaraX

I'm trying to swap all of the plastic components on my MaraX to the brown walnut wood that is so appealing on the Bianca. * The knobs and lever parts were available as a kit from Amazon international storefront on for around $80 shipped, which was a great start. * The only place I've found with

Lelit Bianca User Experience

Yes. That fitting is machined properly. The spherical face in the smaller hole forms a perfectly circular seal avoiding any imperfections... A spherical face in concave, half-spherical hole would be making contact only at whatever imperfection might exist and one other spot, it would be prone to leakage unless tightened down so hard as to allow any imperfections to

Why clean my Niche Zero?

There are a couple of screw holes and a sweeper arm that can hold on to some very fine grounds. I find that cleaning once every couple of months seems reasonable for the light coffee I use . It's so simple that I get my youngest to clean it for his allowance. At this point I'm just making

Hands on experience with the Eagle One Prima

Looking for a machine using the standard 110 volt, which would allow me to use it in the office or family room. Maybe I can start a Go Fund me page to help pay for that machine. Lol. Anyone interested?
