3 Burr Sets, 1 Grinder. Worth It?

Thanks for the replies so far everyone. As far as I know the owner at SSP stated their lab sweet burrs are in fact cast. I didn't realize gorilla gears was for espresso? Lance said it was for filter as well, but more akin to a Kinu grinder profile. The thought would not be to constantly swap, but

Wife demands better espresso machine

I never understand the lack of La Spaz love. I've had mine for 5 years, and though very, very lightly used was 10 years old when I got it. Still super reliable. And if anything ever goes wrong, a 2 min. call to Chris' Coffee gets problems figured out and new parts on the way. I still have upgraditis, but

Water report and advice on RO or filter

Your water, at a calcium hardness of 40.2 * 2.5 = 100 mg/L as CaCO3, and an alkalinity of 123 mg/L as CaCO3 is a little scale-prone. The good news is that it has nice low chloride ion, so you should be fine with a variety of softening options including the decarbonizing (WAC resin) softeners from Pentair, Mavea, and BWT
