I've tried a lot of supposed traditional blends from many Canadian roasters, even ones who mix robusta, and I'm sorry to say that I haven't found any suitable "fresher" blends from anyone that comes close to what you're looking for. Well..... got an issue lol. Machine turned on today and hissing and steam is coming from bottom/port into the drip tray. If I pinch the line from steam boiler as can see in video it stops.
