I would replace the pump, based on the above. It's only a guess, but it's a cheap and easy guess. With the pump out, you could determine if there's flow through the machine with the steam valve open, at least. It is rare for a pump to sound normal when it's dead, but it's safe to suspect a

It looks like you are doing a good job of tilting the cup and keeping your pitcher spout close to the surface. And now your push technique looks pretty good. After the push, I would recommend wiggling sooner, wiggling a little slower (about 2 per second), and pulling the pitcher backwards as you wiggle. That's a
