Blind shaker better than WDT??

The optimum for me is to grind into the portafilter using a funnel, then take off the funnel and replace it with a dosing cup and shake. For me, no taste difference with less cleanup, and no brushing grounds from blind shaker

Help me figure out this model Astoria Argenta - AEP/2N

The hunt for best Italian roasted coffee beans

My quest for a really nice Italian roast hasn't been easy. I'm surprissed Lavazza is in your list but maybe you are getting some fresh beans?? Malabar Gold was my go to bean but I found it a bit boring so my search continued. Saka Crema Bar, once I dialed it in, was a bit better. Right now I

Pietro by Fiorenzato - vertical flat-burr manual grinders

Ek the outer is the spinning not the inner and you tend to get accumulation there and in the pre breaker chamber. When the inner is spinning there will get grinds behind, just as grinds always find its way underneath the lower spinning carrier on a horizontal mounting grinder. How fine surely depends how fine you grind I
