Domobar Jr Hx Temps

If the temperature is 200°F, it's the brew temperature. I ran an e61 HX boiler @ ≈227°F for mid 190's brew temperature

Any alternative to Behmor?

Price. Something that can also roast a pound at a time that has actual control over what you're doing is in the $2k plus range. Maybe that is changing now with some of the Ali express roasters mentioned

Upgrading my Grinder Game

Loved that your reply on the fs link is in German . Since it is closed I assume you bought the MC6? What are the odds an almost brand new grinder came available in your country with extras and correct power configuration? Sometimes the stars are aligned

Fellow Aiden anyone?

FYI for Canadians: the pre-order is now live at EightOunce in Calgary. $499CAD (same price as the Ratio 6). No free coffee, but a very good USD:CAD exchange rate and about $10 in points off a future purchase from EightOunce (if you sign up to EightOunce's loyalty program). {link}

Arthritis and the Argos boiler cap

Hi Patsy. I don't have arthritis but have mentioned having similar issues with the cap. I think a one inch "lever" screwed unto the timber part of the knob would help. Something like a small stainless steel knob should give you the leverage required. {link}
