Is Haynes Lubri-Film Plus suitable lubricant for Flair machines?
It seems everyone but me has had great luck with Molykote 111 which is a NSF H1 food certified, NLGI grade 3-4 silicone based Silica thickened grease on silicone piston seals. It worked fine for me on the black rubber seals, but when I switched (many years ago) to Cafelat Blue silicone seals the problems began. The seals

Good stuff guys! Looks like I am about to go down a rabbit hole. Honestly though, if it comes to machining the carriers and what not, i'll probably not go that far

Hopper fed grinder
Ceado has a very good reputation for on-demand grinders. They do get knocks on their single dosers, but that is not what you're looking for

ACS Vesuvius Evo Leva owner experience
that's on the actual front panel of the machine, that isn't user replaceable... it looks tiny though, might even be a powder coat defect, or the opening or closing of the panel, which must be pushed while holding the toggle down, never snapped shut. Is there a corresponding witness mark on the opening panel inside? I do really
