This weekend Olympia Express will unveil the 50th anniversary Cremina edizione speciale at Cerini's in NY. Any HB members in the area to cover it?

I'd love to know if anyone attended this event. Johnny Cerini is a terrific merchant.

Can anybody here tell me if the anniversary model differs from current regular models other than the paint color and badge?

From 50th Anniversary: Olympia Cremina 1967-2017:
HB wrote:Christian noted that starting from September production, the Cremina and Maximatic will have these improvements:
  • Stainless steel frame and cover
  • New switch is a shutdown switch (for Swiss and European regulations) it will stop the electricity after one hour
  • Driptray will have more volume and the grid now is above
And of course the anniversary edition will have the unique paint color.

Dan,

Thanks. I called Cerini and replied in the other thread.
