After an exciting summer of love, the little La Pavoni managed to deliver the finest coffee at a few festivals... no problems or issues with the machine at all...

Got the unit back and settled ready for a winter of making coffee at home (no more sillyness until next year)

And then.... the water level gauge sensor was touching the steam pipe... this caused the autofill to forget to fill... and pop! no more heating element!

I spotted the autofill connection was touching the copper steam pipe, moved it away and the autofill came back on! Yeah! Wrapped pipe and gauge wire with polyeurathane tubing so it won't happen again....

Checked the element was getting power, it was... so new element required!

I took the element out, got my measuring stick out and would you believe it, its the same as a Wega Mini 1300watt-1500watt 240v... £35 for new element and seal!

So.... I'm back up and running with the Pavoni Pub and the Pavoni Lever can go back on the shelf ;)
