I'm getting weak coffee no matter what grind or amount I use. There seems to be good water flow (too much?).

How many grams are you dosing and how long are your pulls?
And, is it the Rocky you are using?
Has it served you well with the Maximatic?

Is this recent? What's the brew ratio? Pour time? Would you post a video of your prep and pour?

We need many more details!

Are you using a double basket? How much are you dosing? When you say you are using fresh coffee, how fresh? When was it roasted? How long does the extraction take, and how much yield do you get?
