In general LM baskets are marked 1g less than the identically sized VST basket. There's a slight difference between LM Strada baskets and VST baskets, the VST baskets have 8 additional holes in them. The standard LM basket that comes with the LMLM and others now, is identical in appearance to the LM Strada basket, which is in turn, nearly identical to the VST baskets. The Strada baskets come optical inspection reports, similar to the VST.

Actual dose will vary with the particular bean and roast.

But in general, subtract 1g from the VST marked capacity and you get an LM basket capacity.

I took some calipers. Between an E-61 and La Marzocco grouphead, the shower screen is 8.3 mm from gasket vs. 8.8 mm from gasket. Including the screw height, you lose additional head space (almost 2.7 mm!). This could somewhat be compensated by using different thickness gaskets.

Also I did the nickel test and saw that my pucks are not touching the shower screen, but they do expand a lot after the shot, hence seeing the screw indented in my puck.
