Steam tip for La Marzocco GS3 performance touch wand?

Do the double walled performance touch wands use a special tip, or standard LM steam tips?

They use a specific tip. Either A.5.050 for 1.8mm holes or A.5.054 for 1.2mm.

The "magic wand" feature is a life saver when it comes to avoiding being burnt, as you would on a regular wand. I wish more manufacturers would incorporate this feature on their steam wands.

Thanks, which tip does the gs3 ship with?

I may have mis-typed. The manual indicates the a.5.050 is a 1.5mm tip, and our parts description indicates 1.8. The manual is likely correct.

I believe the 1.5mm is standard, but I'm not 100% on that honestly.
