I just picked up a 2004 Salvatore Famosa (2L steam boiler, with heat exchanger). I'm not a huge fan of the current steam tip. It is a design I haven't seen before - single hole tip deeply recessed in a long barrel. Because of the deep recess (like an inch) it is very hard to work with low volume pitchers.

The steam tip is 10mm female thread with 1mm pitch, pretty common sizing for commercial hardware I believe.

Can anyone recommend a steam tip configuration that might work well with this machine? Open to 2 and 4 hole setups.
