Hi all, I received several wooden knobs for my Rocket Espresso Giotto machine but I'm having troubles removing the manufacturer lever knob to replace with a wooden knob. All the videos and google searches show that it's a simple counterclockwise rotation to remove the lever plastic knob. However, this seems to be not the case for my machine. I assumed it was glued on and tried putting the knob in boiling water for a few minutes but it seems to be not working. Should I be putting it longer in boiling water? Or is there something else I'm missing to remove the plastic knob. Thanks for the help!
