Quick Mill Vetrano 2B - brew boiler heating element replacement

Hi all,
I woke up this morning to an infinitely warming up machine... brew boiler element is faulty.
The machine is still under warranty, i will not ship it back but will probably get the part shipped to me,
my question is, do i also need to replace the gasket and insist on getting a gasket in addition to the heating element?
the machine is relatively new.

For the little it's worth I would replace it

100% agree. It's standard practice to replace the gasket with the element, every time. For such a small cost, why risk the gasket having a memory or being deformed during the building of the machine at the factory.
