Trying to help a friend that works in a restaurant with a Fiorenzato Ducale - does anyone have a manual they could share, or even just the part about programming the volume of the doses? I'm going to swing by and try just holding the continuous button to enter programming mode, as that's the method I'm most familiar with, but I know it varies from machine to machine.
