I'm still quite happy with it. Using the same Ditting machined burrs I installed back in 2010. They do a nice job in the French Press and Vacuum brewer ranges.

My setup has changed significantly since I last posted in this thread. Looking back at the gaggia classic, mazzer mini, in my old kitchen is a trip. Very grateful to have this setup.

Thanks, I'm still getting adjusted to it as I see you are as well. Honestly a flow controlled E61 is gonna get you near as makes no difference the same results as this machine. Your setup looks great
