Ha! I thought so.

Where else would you find such an immaculate example to add to your collection? (From Francesco Ceccarelli.) Congratulations, Vlad! That is the right 1.0.

I just pulled a shot on my Caravel 1.0, which is connected to a PID for excellent temperature control. The offset is about 10°F.

Lelit Bianca V3 is a big machine with a small(ish) footprint. Note that the left side installation of the reservoir allows extra counter space, and critically (IM0), very easy access to lift out. The black finish cuts down on the glitzy stainless visible from a main living area, and the blond wood accessories happen to do well with the light wood cabinets and floors.
Heat + Beans = Roast. All the rest is commentary.

Thanks! I love it too and I made it myself with my daughter. I started to make a few more and found some very nice spalted maple and honey locust. I am going to make matching lids for the grinders too and another tamping station.
