Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's as intriguing as it is beautiful.
Would you happen to know if it would work on the Mahlkonig K30 Vario?

No, it won't, it's designed specifically for original E65S hopper base and K30 and E65S hoppers are not interchangeable. Moreover, only 1 pcs. exists in the world.

Finally I modified my speedster Idro-matic version. Original PPIC function is removed, so now I use Idro matic tune only. Looks more aggressive and extraction make interesting result.

Are you still using the needle valve & larger jet? If so how does that work with the Idro-Matic? I tried it with both the PPIC/I-M working together & just the I-M. Ended up disconnecting the PPIC as you have & just running the Idro-Matic.

They don't come more beautiful than that - Congrats!
What have you noticed regarding taste and grind adjustment?

I'm using I-D only, needle valve kit is also removed. :P I'm considering modify PPIC, i.e) add adjustable kit like this. If this works well, PPIC cylinder volume can be adjustable or on-off.

Can't tell much from your pic. I have the parts that would allow me to switch the PPIC in & out of the mix but haven't bothered to install them as I'm preferring just the I-M at the moment.

Love that cup washer!!! I am going to borrow that idea and will add that to my wish list for when I get to redo my coffee bar area.

Great setup. Thank you for sharing!!
